- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Dispatch: Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping partners.

Estimated Delivery Times
Below are our estimated delivery times for all shipments:
- Order Cutoff Time: 7:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once processed, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days from the date of order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier operations. During peak periods or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, shipments may take slightly longer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- U.S. Orders: No additional customs or import fees.
- International Orders: Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees as required by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and must be paid by the recipient.
Order Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address and details before completing your purchase.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or rerouting.
Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues (such as weather, strikes, or transit problems)
- Customs processing for international orders
